The founder spent nearly 30 years inside Houston homes, remodeling, repairing, and seeing firsthand what makes a property worth the investment. In 2005, that on-site work expanded into arranging loans for residential buyers, which opened the door to a new mission, helping people understand how to secure financing without confusion.

Over time, investors began asking for guidance on flips, rentals, and heavier rehab projects. That demand led to becoming a broker focused on investors and business owners, not just traditional homebuyers. Today, this background is backed by ongoing pursuit of a real estate license and loan officer license, so clients benefit from both practical construction knowledge and formal lending expertise.
